Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are food items, we accept returns only for unopened jars within 7 days of delivery, or for any item that arrives damaged, expired or incorrect.

To raise a request, go to your account or contact us with your order number and photos. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
